On May 17, 2008, many descendants of Martin Maney gathered at the Maney family cemetery in Barnardsville, NC, to
dedicate new grave markers for Martin Maney and Keziah Vann Maney. The markers and the event were sponsored
by chapters of the Sons of the American Revolution and the Daughters of the American Revolution.  Milus Bruce
Maney, Ed Maney, and Pat Wilde Maney assisted in organizing the event. Thanks to Phena Shepherd Howie,  Belinda
Howie Campbell, and Erin Brethauer for the photos of the event.
